About me:

Hello, I'm Caroline.

Originally from Quebec, I relocated to British Columbia in 1997. Following my completion of an Art Education program, I embarked on a teaching career in 2000. However, my inclination towards working closely with the most vulnerable students steered my interest towards social work over traditional teaching.

In 2004, I joined Squamish Sea to Sky Community Services, where I engaged with a diverse client base, honing my lay counseling skills over two decades. This experience led me to pursue professional certification as a Registered Therapeutic Counselor (RTC) and secure membership with the Association of Cooperative Counseling Therapists of Canada in 2018.

Bilingual in French and English, I prioritize maintaining proficiency in both languages despite studying and residing in BC for 27 years.

Why Mobile?

Seeing you in your own living space can help me getting a fuller idea of who you are and what you care for, your hobbies, the way you inhabit your space.
NB: Your pets are always welcome to join therapy.

The comfort of your own home

There might be times where we want to use a part of the session for meditation, relaxation and somatic experiencing, hypnosis and visualization exercises. It might be more comfortable for you to do this in your own home.

Saving you a drive


Not having to drive can be a plus for kids, seniors, injured/disabled clients, people who don’t own a car.

Environmental/ Climate concerns


I try to ride my bicycle to appointments to reduce carbon footprint. Year round!
I can drive to Whistler and  Vancouver, if need be: I do have a car.
I also have access to office space downtown Squamish.

5 minutes coaching calls for existing clients are complimentary

About "Walk & Talk"

I offer an outdoor consultation modality for clients who prefer an active vs passive consultations style.

Adding the physical activity component to their counseling sessions can work for people who are intimidated by the face-to-face therapy format. Plus, time spent in nature is never lost.

We can go to your favorite trail, or find a walk/hike corresponding to you need and/or level of fitness, as well as with the time we have. There is no pressure to perform. We can also sit in the park, if the weather, and timing permits.

I can't help with: 

Giving you a diagnostics, or give you a prescription. I do not specialize in Career Counseling, nor in Couple Counseling. I do not have certifications for using highly specialized modalities such as EMDR, etc.
